The hotel had spacious rooms equipped with everything you need, but the location was a bit tiring to navigate. Although the initial room setup was good, it was disappointing that the stock was not replenished during our 9-day stay.
I had a great time at the hotel for the one night I stayed. The rooms were extra roomy, but I missed having a mini fridge in the room. The service was always helpful and polite, although I learned they had to clean 30 rooms each, which was impressive. The location was very good, especially being very close to 5th avenue and many of the parks belonging to the Xcaret group. The dining offered a variety of products, surpassing my expectations. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay comfortable.
The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable with a musty smell, but the buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing with a loud buzzing sound. The service staff were nice and polite overall but could be rude at times. The location was convenient with a short walk to town and a quiet atmosphere, though the taxi charges were a concern. The dining experience offered plentiful variety but was noted for low quality processed foods. However, the facilities and amenities were generally satisfactory with a few exceptions.
When I arrived, I found that the rooms were fully stocked but unfortunately were never replenished during my entire 9-day stay. Additionally, my room was not serviced after the first day, which was a letdown. On the bright side, the hotel's proximity to the car park was convenient.
The hotel offers bright and comfortable rooms with large bathroom areas, but some areas are unclean. The service is attentive and works with a sense of urgency, making the stay enjoyable. The location is close to everything, providing convenience for exploring the area. Dining options include a breakfast buffet with a variety of items, though some may find them unappealing. The facilities are well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience.
